The main responsible for the attempt of poisoning former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia, has been recently fully unmasked. The investigation driven by the british inspectors revealed one of the two russian culpable. Since last March, the british government and the police have highly activated their services in order to make Russia face their responsabilities for this major interference.

One of the poisoner name is Ruslan Boshirov as the BBC reported last Thursday. Another tension append to this delicate situation between the two states (Russia and U.K.), since Vladimir Putin himself claimed recently on russian TV that Boshirov is a russian civilian who visited Salisbury as a tourist. Boshirov is also known as “Colonel Anatoliy Chepiga” and he was during 2014 decorated as a russian hero during the military operations in Ukraine and Chechnya. In total, Boshirov accumulate 20 military honors for his career.
